If processing is based on contract, we will ask for your agreement to process your personal data as necessary for the performance of our contract. Since our services are voluntary, you may choose whether to use them. However, using our services requires agreeing to our Terms of Use, which form the contract between you and us. We may need to transfer your Information to the US or other countries as part of our global operations to provide the Services.

8.2 Your Choices
You may choose not to provide certain Information or disable tools on your device. However, this may impact your ability to fully use the Service.

While you can modify or delete your Information, we may retain copies of previous versions for legitimate business reasons, such as analyzing aggregated data on past usage. You can also revoke consent for API Data use by visiting Google's security settings page, and we will delete that data within 30 days.

For mobile notifications, you can opt in or out through your device settings. To stop receiving marketing emails or other communications, adjust your preferences in your account or use the unsubscribe link in emails.

8.3 Account Deletion
If you wish to close your account, you can log in to your account or email us as outlined in Section 11. After we no longer need your Information, we will delete it securely. Note that we may retain some data to comply with legal or business requirements, as detailed in Section 9.

If you deactivate your account, your profile will still be visible, and other users can view your content. To stop us from using your Information, email info@belfrysecurity.com.We will remove your data from listings within a reasonable time. Requests to stop third-party disclosures may affect our ability to provide Services or complete transactions.

9. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We retain your Information as long as necessary to deliver Services or comply with legal requirements. Even after account deactivation, we may retain transaction and service records as required by law, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or business operations.

Shared data (e.g., comments or posts) may remain visible even after account deletion. We do not control data copied by other users.

10. POLICY CHANGES
We may update this Policy, our Terms of Use, and our Cookie Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the Service, website, or email, allowing you to review and accept these changes. Continued use of our Services after such updates indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
